I had a wonderful experience at Krishna Opticals. I recently purchased progressive spectacles for my grandmother, and the shopkeeper originally suggested a higher-end variant. However, after further consulting with the lens experts regarding my grandmother’s specific daily needs, he proactively called me to explain that a more affordable variant would actually be better suited for her. He went out of his way to ensure she got the right product rather than the most expensive one, and he promptly refunded the price difference. It is rare to find such honesty and genuine care for the customer’s best interest. I highly recommend Krishna Opticals for their integrity, professionalism, and excellent service!
